The book is in perfect condition, brand new, and is exactly as described. This item is difficult to find here, and the seller priced it very reasonably. It shipped from the UK to Canada, and unfortunately took a little longer to arrive than the seller hoped, but it was shipped less than 24 hours after I purchased. When I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Definitely recommend!

  • Watchers by Dean Koontz

This has been one of my favorite books for many years. I read it the second time approximately 20 years later and from this story I decided to look into getting a Golden Retriever. The main character in Watchers was a Golden Retriever named "Einstein". After studying the breed online I decided to give it a try. We now are the proud owners of our Golden Retriever "Einstein". We love him so much and I'm thankful the book inspired me to the point of getting "Einstein". Very seldom have I read a book that stayed with me over so many years. This book is the best. Dean Koontz is a wonderful author, always giving hope through many adversities. Watchers was definitely an inspired writing. I have since found out that Dean Koontz loves this breed of dogs and has unfortunately lost his ...

  • The Best of The Best From The Best

A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE! If you have never read Dean Koontz, make this your first. It is a must for all animal lovers, humanitarians, anyone interested in science, the supernatural, or love. If you are already a fan, why haven't you read it yet? This was the first Dean Koontz book I ever read (20+ years ago)and I was hooked! I have read almost every one of his books since but this one remains my most favorite by far! I found myself wondering what was going to happen next and could hardly wait to get home from work to take up where I left off the night before. WATCHERS is throughly engrossing from the moment you begin. You immediately identify with the characters and become immersed in thier world. What made it even more enjoyable is that it could be VERY possible. A dog with ...

  • READER BECOMES- WATCHER-FOR KOONTZ BOOKS

WATCHERS is an incredible read. It has everything a true Koontz fan will love. A story of love. Love for a great dog, and falling in love. A story of fear and doing what is right. An unbelievable story of what can be created in a lab and all the government will do to cover it up. How it all comes together and at the moment you feel it is all over, guess again. The first time I read WATCHERS all I could think was how does he come up with this. I have read every Koontz book I could find. Most I have re-read, some as much a 6&8 times. Lightening, The Bad Place, Intensity, From The Corner of His Eye, The Odd Thomas Books, The Frankenstein Books, plus more are all as wonderful as WATCHERS. However WATCHERS is the one that made me a - watcher - for all things Koontz. The man is pure genius.

  • One of the best reads.

This book is twenty years old, and I have read it three times. I have a hard bound copy that I treasure, and will probably read it again. According to the author, this is the book that most fans mention at his signings. Read it if you can find it, it's one of the best novels of its type.
