I was told when the item was shipped, it wasn't scanned by the carrier. As a result, this made tracking the package impossible. When I finally got the item (item ordered Dec. 13th, item received on Dec. 30th), it was the wrong lower control arm. I contacted the seller and a refund was processed promptly and messages were responded to quickly.
