Seller took about a week to ship out the product, during which time there was no responses from them. Had no idea if they had ghosted me or were still going to ship the product. When they eventually did ship the product, it also took another week to get to the destination. Overall a meh experience. Product did arrive as described, still relatively new in packaging but exterior product packaging was a bit beat up.
