The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    It's and Ibanez

    I have been playing guitar for many years and one of the things I have learned is that Ibanez is a sure bet. They have always proven to be of very good quality even the less expensive "beginner" models. This one is no exception. The workmanship is very good and fit and finish are what I expected. The pickups that come with it are very usable. This could be a reliable work horse for the musician on a budget looking for a semi hollow body.

    Love this little beauty.

    This is a fabulous little guitar. Cant play my accoustic anymore due to my shoulder. My neighbor who just spent $3k on a fancy Gibson is not happy that this thing is better than his ultra guitar in his opnion. My only issue is I wish it came with jumbo frets as an option.

    What a fun and nicely made guitar this is! As an entry level guitar, it's pretty well made and sounds great. I've recorded with it and played it live on stage, and it rocks! And Jazzes too!
