They didn't arrive together...the second lampshade arrived two days after the first lampshade They were exactly as shown in the picture. They answered my questions quickly, without much waiting time. I had ordered a glass lamp shade from this seller when I received the package the shipping company had destroyed the package and broke the shade. I contacted the seller to see if the shipping company would do anything. The seller immediately offered me my money back or a replacement, I did not expect this I though I was out of luck The seller replaced the shade and shipped it immediately.
