Railroad book by OS Nock was well packaged and shipped within acceptable timeframe. The listing title did not match the picture, contacted Seller to verify what is being sold. They replied to confirm with the ISBN number in the listing. ISBN was for Railways of the USA, and that matched the picture. That was also what was delivered and what I was seeking. Picture showed Dust Jacket which was not included, but the text said it might not be. Recommend Seller.

Book shipped quickly. It was listed as a hardcover, but it was a paperback. Notified BWB to let them know the issue and they offered a percentage refund. I was not upset, and I insisted that I do not receive any refund. BWB is one of my go-to buyers. Very happy with their quality, pricing and service.
