Good communication. Fast shipping. Good condition item is as described. We did luck out as the item was packed in leftover non-shipping rated makeshift box and had escaped the packaging. I had refused the broken open package, but told the USPS gentleman what was expected to be in it. Thankfully my small town USPS found the item and delivered it. I spoke with the seller and I think they will improve on their packaging. Would buy from again.
