It seemed unusual that at first the hearing aid settings seemed not to work as promised but Dave was very responsive and caring. Fair price, fast shipping. The box was more beat up than I expected. Although somewhat described, there could have been pictures to show the condition. Also, the plug included is for use in the UK. That wasn’t listed anywhere in the listing and being that the seller and buyer were both US based, it’s an important detail.
