    deep discussion

My 7yo requested to watch it. We (13,7,5) all enjoyed it and discussed about people's feeling. Then my son said it would be nice to have his storm trooper turn into real life. I said, then it would always want to fight because that's what it was made for. He thought about his toy cars, then realized they'll have car problems. My 7yo said what if Jesus is real live little person. Then I said, he is real and is here. He does what he sees God do, so would you do it too? She became quiet. I told her by God's grace, he never forces anyone to believe. Not a movie for children due to the inappropriate content slung in

I read this book aloud to my children. After completing the book we discovered there was a movie that supposedly followed the book. However, as the old adage goes ‘the movie is never as good as the book’. There was profanity in this movie which was totally uncalled for and not in the book as well as many of the pertinent details skewed. We will be trashing the movie.

  • Take as old as time

Great nostalgic movie that brings magic in its early years, where movie ratings were more loose

  • All ages will love this!

Just the right balance of imagination, danger, responsibility and fun mixed into everyone's fantasy. (Finding a magical, secret treasure) Omri (played by Hal Scardino) is a young boy who discovers his cupboard has the power to bring toy figures to life.

  • The Indian in the cupboard

initally I purchased this movie 20 years ago for my daughter. I loved it so much that got it for daughter’s 7 yr old son. We watched it together and really enjoyed it.
