The seller induced me to buy under a misdescription, in breach of the distance selling regulations. He represented he was selling an item which provided a 2GB memory increase, but the item he supplied provided a 2GB increase. I contacted the seller to request an exchange for the correct item or (if he could not supply that) a refund. He refused, telling me that I had to sell the item myself.
