Sensor was listed as "new - open" and in need of calibration. Arrived in a timely fashion, in a padded envelope. Once installed it was determined that the sensor had expired in 2018, 5 years ago. No way to calibrate a sensor that far out of date. Contacted seller who immediately initiated a full refund, not having a replacement available. Happy with the resolution.
