I just tried this item today. So far it lives up to the description. We’ll see how it performs over a period of time. The only thing that I don’t care for is that the unit doesn’t come with a carrying case considering the manufacturer’s retail price. The other thing I don’t like is that the unit blows warm/hot air over the area you’re using the cold setting on, which makes the cold setting less pleasurable. However this little hand held machine has some power to it! And, it’s not a toy!
