It arrived a HOT MESS. Pkging was horrible (box in perfect condition so not shipper) a 10 lb printer w/1 wrap of bubble wrap, a few pieces of broken up Styrofoam and a small empty box as padding, Seller sent with print out sheet that clearly shows it is not printing true color. There was ink EVERYHWERE!!! My reason for neutral is the seller immediately credited me the entire amount, but still had to have disposed cost me $10. Please pack your items securely, save money in long run.
