Good value - through auction - the EBay seller was prompt in shipping and the item was well packaged. A very efficient vendor. The Locomotive does show signage of use ( not really new stored in box) aged brown grease on frame and trucks - something the original owner did - and the vendor would not possible know. However runs great and 98% + as advertised described
