    Quality product

    I've been buying Xuron cutters for many years now! I bought this one because someone borrowed my previous Xuron cutter and NEVER returned it! This time, I'm not letting anyone borrow this one (especially now that prices are going up for them). I basically use it for cutting part from sprues of plastic model kits.

    Excellent for electronic assembly!

    I use these cutters in an application that requires trimming assembled printed circuit board though-hole leads very close to the board. There really are no comparable cutters for doing this. You have to remember not to try to cut hard connectors, but if you do your part, these will last for months of hard electronic assembly.

    Xurox micro shear

    I've always liked Xuron shears, whether maxi or micro, and have been using them for over 20 years. I prefer Xurox shears over any other brand or type of shears. They hold up for years, and if you are careful with them, they will last forever. Cut too heavy a gauge and they will break, so always use the gauges recommended for each Xurox shears. I use mine for 18g to 28g.
