    The second one worked fine. They must be plugged directly into the outlet to work. It says no power strips and they mean it

    This is the second one I have tried. The first would not even power up on the remote. This second one seems to power up but I am unable to get it to connect remotely to the base. The base works fine which is of no real help. The install on all on one level and less than 30 feet apart inside a residence. Safe your money. The idea is good but fails to work.

    Not really wireless since it uses your home electric wiring

    It picks up interference. It also cannot be connected via a UPS or Surge Protector. It has to be direct on the electric plug. It uses the electric wiring so not really "wireless" connectivity. I had to reset it twice already when it loses power in order to sync both units.

    Poor quality, but better than nothing

    There is pretty heavy static despite the units being about 30 feet away with no objects blocking their signal. I've been disappointed with it, but not much you can do when the phone guy won't install a phone-jack in the wall for you.

    This product does the job. You can spend far more on products that do the same thing, but this one works reliably. The transmitter and receiver linked up immediately and the connection has never dropped.

    Not worth it.

    Plugged it in and set it up and heard static on the line. Not worth it these days. Purchased for a sight impaired senior citizen to enable her to use a phone with LARGE buttons. Returned for refund.
