I was sent the wrong dress. Contacted seller on 07/01 to share the wrong item was sent, attached photos. Got no response so I followed up again on 07/06 just in case they were on vacation.Still no response. 07/09 opened up a case. eBay said to give the seller until 07/14. Evidently they didn’t respond to eBay either b/c on 07/15 eBay ‘ruled’ in my favor. Sent dress back to get a refund. There was issues with the address the seller had on file. Contacted eBay again, I’m finally getting a refund.
