This is an authentic Coach bag, as authenticated by Coach Counterfeits group. The creed is pre-1994, where randomized digits were used (no correlation to style number, date, or place of manufacture). This was all explained to the buyer, who continued to harass me via messages. Photos of the creed were in the listing, as well as a description of the pre-1994 creed. No wrongdoing was done on my part as seller, and buyer is unhappy that I did not accept a return when she unfairly opened a claim.
