    Cute story, an overall good purchase.

    I purchased this book to help create some enthusiasm for using the potty with my 2-year-old. The story is very cute and the book is very sturdy. My daughter loves to push the button to make the flushing sound, though I found this to not be a very realistic sound she thinks it is great. It has caused her to really talk more about bathroom business and so I think it is an overall helpful potty training tool.

    Hope Dora can help my little explorer!

    This book is great for my Dora obsessed toddler to get interested in going potty. I am reading this to her to get her used to the idea of going potty. I am hoping that the book, along with Dora Big Girl undies will d the trick. My daughter loves pushing the button to hear the toilet flush and the fact that it is a board book makes it perfect for her to "read" on her own!

    Just one more item to add to the "Dora" pile...

    I, along with many other parents of Dora lovers feel almost obligated to buy anything and everything Dora. It's what drove me to buy this book. Yes, the book is cute, it makes sounds (oooh!) and of course my daughter loves it. Just don't be fooled into thinking that this book is actually going to aide you in the draining process of potty training. When your child is ready, they're ready, and when they're not, well... they're not, and no book is going to make them ready. Not worth it, in my opinion.

    SIMPLY OKAY

    I am desperately trying to potty train my 2 1/2 year old daughter. She absolutely loves Dora, so I thought this would be the perfect book for her. While she liked the "potty button" that made a flushing sound, the book really didn't keep her attention all that well. She just wanted to push the button. As with everything else I have tried, this too has failed. I guess the old saying "when she's ready, she'll do it" rings true.

    An Excellent Book

    I like this book because all little ones like Dora. Those learning to use the potty get excited that Dora had to learn it too. Bright colors keeps their attention. Pages can not be torn.
