I received a jacket with a hole on it. Seller's description did not disclose the hole. The seller tried to blame the buyer for not seeing the defect, who relied on the seller's photos and descriptions. I understand it is a simple mistake. Seller's attitude not to take responsibility is not acceptable.

This buyer intentionally damaged the item to force a return. Looking at their feedback history, this isn't the first time they've done this. Buyer has been blocked and reported. Seller beware.
