Ordered 20 packs of non-sport cards that were advertised as sealed. Got them and 12 of the 20 were open, that’s 60% of my order. Did not want to pay me my cost for the 12 packs as partial refund and save me a lot of trouble to mail and wait on full refund. How is it an oversight to screw up on 60% of someone’s order? He correctly calls himself king-of-junkmen, he’s right.

I admit I did not see that the packs came unsealed over the years, it was a oversight on my part, they were not opened. However Mr Collector Shack has forgot to mention a big part of the story. He demanded a 32.00 refund on a 37.00 transaction and he wanted to keep the product! He tried to put my hand behind my back with the threat of negative feedback! People like this make ebay not fun anymore! He had to wait a whole day before he got his full refund, that does not seem like a hassle to me!
