Not a great description as this hat is very small. Even though it says measurements listed…im assuming that’s from other listings. No indication this hat fit such a small head.
As well, was shipped flattened in a polymailer and should’ve been shipped in a box.
Seller has on no returns. The price was great, but other details would keep me from purchasing from the seller again.

I do accept refunds. The hat is one size that is why there are not measurements. My template indicates measurements taken laying flat, one could surmise that means clothing. The hat is packable that is why I shipped it folded in a polymailer. I really try and take great care in shipping items. I love packaging.
