Ordered 11/30. After sending messages and receiving no replies canceled December 6 and ordered different fur from Lars in Germany on 12/7. Even though I had canceled it was shipped 12/13 and then I was charged to return it, which I don’t think I should have been when I canceled it and gave them a weeks notice. Other issue from Germany actually got here first in the quality I understand the price is dramatically higher,but it doesn’t look like real fur. Texture of carpet. Just my honest opinion.
