The description did not mention that it had a paint defect as new does not mean that it does not indicate some kind of factory defect. And the seller thinks that this happened by opening the box, which is complete nonsense.

I never said it happened from the buyer opening the box. I said it is not new now that you opened a sealed box, and just because it is new does not mean that there is never any factory flaws. This buyer just wanted to leave a negative feedback, he jumped the gun being rude. And by checking his feedback left for others he just likes to leave sellers negatives. I have free returns, there is no need for negatives, if your unhappy return it.
