Package and the content arrived safely and their description was more than generous for the BMW part I received. There was no scratch or blemish and it was in near perfect condition, considering the item is originally from a 77k miles vehicle. Also, I’ve never seen such a low price from ebay for this particular item. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Item was just as described and just what we needed. Once installed, it worked as expected. The only drawback was the shipping was a little slower than desired, most likely due to the size of the package which was FAR more than should’ve been required for the item. The box was much too large for a car’s visor and the amount of packing paper can only be described as “overkill”. All-in-all however, I would give this merchant an A+ and recommend them to others, but shipping practices need attention.
