In short, she had plenty of opportunity to cancel the order but instead chose to capitalize on my error and then claim I was getting great service. No returns.

Sent buyer offer, she accepted offer then paid for it. Dress was shipped, later in day she asked for order to be cancelled in message because she found a dress cheaper somewhere else. I explained it was already shipped and I never received a cancellation request. Buyer’s remorse
