    This is the BEST baking book that I have come across, I just bought a copy for my daughter, I've had mine for years. It is easy to make perfect pie crusts, cobblers, pizza crust. foccacia, savories, brioche, the poscuitio & mozzerella pockets are always a big hit, the yule log has become a CHristmas tradition, the blueberry muffin recipe is great, the cookies are excellent, the cinnamon stars are my fave!! I suggest this book to all my friends as well. can't go wrong wiht it, the title is a little simplistic, but accurate! it goes through each step / process quite clearly. Oh and the cheesecakes,!! WOW!!!!! My relatives always ask me to bring cheesecakes to get togethers they are all fab!!!!and best of all incredibly easy to make, you'll impress everyone with the cheesecakes from this ...

    I gave this book to a novice baker. If you don’t own a baking cookbook and are a novice or less experienced baker, this is a great choice. I’m not a novice baker by about 40 years. I have at least a dozen baking books, and enough general cookbooks covering baking to find this cookbook superfluous.
