Offered a lower price deal, which i accepted. Prompt delivery. Exactly as described, the item arrived as if new. Box had some mild wear and tear as described but device was flawless without a single mark found on body or lenses. Excellent seller, would recommend!

The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

Had an initial issue with a wrong component, but hotdigital-international's customer service took the right steps to fix the issue. They offered a partial refund for my trouble. The package arrived otherwise in great shape within a reasonable timeframe. I simply recommend people who purchase anything online to document opening their package in case anything's missing or damaged. Only thing is that I found the shipping to be a bit pricey, but I knew that upfront. Would order from them again.
