I tried several times to contact him, but no acknowledgment Whoever does his packing, does a poor job. It was just placed in the envelope without any padding, or protection. It’s no wonder there was mail damage. I would suggest using thicker cardboard or even cardboard shipping tubes for future shipments. Please see attached photos.
