I won the auction for this, but it was never sent. Seller claimed the pan had been stolen and said they had a replacement, but never sent photos of the proposed replacement. After quite some time, I requested a refund, which was not provided. The seller claimed the refund kept getting kicked back by ebay. I had to keep chasing the seller to get information, which was frustrating. I did finally receive my refund. This was very poor customer service and I am quite disappointed since this was a gif
