I can easily carry the extra 20 lbs, and my grandbaby feels secure and loves it. I watched a YouTube video to learn how to use it in the varying positions since the directions are confusing. All the positions work well, but my favorite is the front facing out. I’m a grandma and bought this for carrying my grandbaby around the house but especially for walks down my gravel road. The support is amazing! I can easily carry the extra 20 lbs, and my grandbaby feels secure and loves it.
