      Very unprofessional person. I tried to fix the issue and he was completely rude. I explained to him that I wasn't sure what happened that I wouldn't purposely NOT ship his package. I told him I would send a replacement and that still wasn't good enough so I just gave him a refund. Even AFTER getting a refund he leaves me negative feedback. First negative feedback in 10+ years.
