It takes a bit of getting used to but it actually is very effective . Having put it on as soon as it arrived it was great right from the word go , just a bit of adjustment to get it set up right and I can walk the dog with far less pain than a couple of days ago . Thank you for a truly fantastic product . I will be in touch for the other knee before too long .
