    I'm eliminating plastic bags from my home. These bags are like the grocery store bags we used to contain our trash when I was a kid in the 60's. They're made of basic, brown kraft paper. Why introduce even more plastic into the waste stream? I'll buy the heavier weight next time because these need to be doubled. I recommend this seller to purchase non-plastic packaging alternatives.

    Good size recyclable bags for paper shredder

    These are lightweight grocery bags that I bought for my paper shredder. That way I can fill the bag with the shreds, tie it closed and put it in the recycle bin. Plastic shredder bags can't be recycled where I live. If I put the shreds in the recycle bin by themselves, they will litter the street. Great size and weight for what I need.

    serve the purpose

    These bags are not great quality. Many are stuck together and all have a small hole in one corner where they may not have been folded properly, but if you are looking for a less expensive bag that still gets the job done , I would recommend them.

    Kraft Grocery Bags

    Since our recycler won't accept plastic bags we have to use paper and these bags work wonderfully. We no longer have to remember to tell the cashier "paper".
