When I asked for an invoice I was told they would refund after I paid the full amount. After paying I received a message "due to weight of 3.11 lbs no discount will be refunded". USPS said shipping cost for both books was $6.72. I could have taken the $4.90 discount offered but did not because of combined shipping offer. The books were as described and packed well using a USPS box. Buyer Beware
