We were a whole continent apart and email communications and updates of parcel progress were almost daily. That PGS loves books shines through in the way the book was packaged - rigid boards to ensure integrity, plastic to ensure water tightness - tightly sealed parcel to ensure security. It arrived in the same pristine condition it left him. Just a superb vendor - everything anyone could want from a bookseller.
