    The item was as described. I got a great value for the price I paid. Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. I was happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.

    Doesn't get warm enough

    I wanted it for back pain and read that it should not be used when sitting in a chair with a back. I also used it on high but it was still not very hot. I was a little disappointed in it. I will try it again though. My husband has back problems too and he did not like the fact that you could not lean against it. He has not tried it. The quality seemed to be good however. It was a good price, but I probably not buy it again.

    Pure Pleasure

    Vest is perfect for upper back and neck as my husband has been suffering with. I am sure it would be equally as effective with lower back. He has had a heart attack and lost a lot of weight and is cold. This has saved the day. Just an additional benefit
