    I almost left neutral feedback because the first time these shoes were listed it had a best offer option where I sent my offer over, and instead of declining or counteroffer-ing, they just ended the listing, and relisted the shoes within a couple of minutes… what a waste of time because I re-sent the offer to the new listing, and they accepted it, so I don’t know what the deal was. Waste of time. They never apologized either. The shoes were new as described and shipping was OK. Not the best CS.

    Everything was as described. The base of the piece arrived crack but I do not fault the seller. Because it could not have been packaged any better. It was bubble wrapped and little styrofoam was used and what space there was newspaper was also used. Sending ceramics thru the mail is tricky because it is pretty fragile.

    excellent product

    I made two coconut custard pies for Thanksgiving. I only purchased one silicone pie shield. The recipe called for baking the pie for 15 minutes and then covering the outer edges of the pie shell and baking it for an additional 35 minutes. I followed the directions and finished making one pie. It looked so beautiful. I removed the pie shield and let it cool. I then started baking the second pie and followed the directions again. My two pies were so delicious and looked so nice. This was due in part to the silicone pie shield.

    No big deal

    Not impressed with the general hype of this product, I have nothing to compare it to only my aluminum foil I always used which did a much better job of keeping the edge from over browning. Will go back to my old fashioned way. Disappointed.
