It's refurbished but works great and I'm glad it comes with a warranty just in case anything does happen. It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price.
