Pictures show what was received (in blue wrapper) and pic with screen w/screws taped to it is what is needed. Could not see rev number in offer due to tape on plastic wrap. Awaiting reply from seller for return or replacement.

FedEx adjusted the delivery several times but was still acceptable. An important note - any issues with FedEx were not Jordan's problem. He got it in the system in record time. Overall an impressive seller. Highly recommended!
