    This works

    There are as many diets as there are people and what works for one doesn't always work for another. In this case, this worked for me in a big way. The claims are true; you will look younger. The fine lines and wrinkles have all disappeared and I do feel better every day. Some days are a bit harder, and she is right, depending on how many carbs and sugar you consume, you will go through the 'carb flu'. I do not eat much bread or any pasta, but it is the little things like mayo and ketchup that have tons of sugar which are what I had issues with. She has great recipes, and they are simple to make, and almost all the ingredients are things you already have on hand. I do not cook much, and these are easy to make. Read the entire book to understand the program and take a chance on this.

    Controversial . Exercise great care.

    Bone broth has high levels of glutamine which is easily turned into sugar. One cup of broth can have 1,000 mg of glutamine. I tried this information one day and started feeling ill and vomited for 2 days and was sick and unable to eat and keep food down for 7 days and then continued to have intermittent nausea and lack of tolerance for food for another 5 days. It was a horrible experience. Please get medical advice and exercise discretion relative to the information in this book. The statements are like blanketing and too narrow to be all encompassing. Use caution.

    Tad pricy

    The product tastes good but considering you get 3 good serving per Quart at the grocery store for $5.99 for Bone Broth I find it a tad pricy. I am looking forward to see the results after 3 weeks. I’m 5’4” @ 178 lbs. and very uncomfortable. At the age of 69 it is extremely difficult to loose weight.

    This book is about more than losing weight, it is a complete healing process. It is easy to follow with recipes, meal plans and batch cooking tips. Dr. Kellyann covers all the bases. You can eat good and not be hungry. I was amazed at all the benefits of using the bone broth diet.
