Leo is a kind lion with short arms and long legs. One day while playing Leo meets Balley, a magical soccer ball from Rio de Janeiro. Balley has deflated all of his air and wants to find something else he can do that doesn't involve being kicked. Together they team up and travel to Rio in search of a new job for Balley. Their journey takes them from the beaches of Copacabana to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain where Balley tries everything from selling acai bowls to dancing at Carnival.
