    If you need extra capacity for your HP Printer

    I added this lower tray to an HP LaserJet M404n printer. It was simple to install (just remove the packing stuff and sit the printer on it), and the printer recognized it immediately without issue. If you need the extra capacity (500 sheets) or routinely want to print on two different kinds of paper, this does the trick. And it even has a molded "3" in the plastic to compliment the other trays. I'm still not sure about how tray 1 works but that has nothing to do with added capacity of this add-on tray.
