Appreciate the quality and effort put into ensuring the condition of the product and shipping are what customers expect. 10/10

However upon inspecting it and communicating with the seller I had to send the laptop to Lenovo to replace the faulty trackpad under the warranty. Since I was aware of no refunds and I also wanted this particular model and specs at this value. Would do business with again!
