It was shipped quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately I had to return it it due to Computrace being installed and active on the laptop. Talked with the seller about deactivation but we weren't able to remove iit. Seller was understanding and offered a refund. Even with the issues we had I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. 10/10

He was also great to work with. The first time I ordered, I had given him the wrong payment info and he had no problems canceling the order for me. The next time, I had given him the wrong address and it was returned to sender.
