The Ams is used but is in great condition. The Ams even came with a test pyramid model but i wanted to test it myself and was not disappointed.     The item arrived in great packaging. Unfortunately the machine did not function properly. I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. Everything was included to run the printer except for filament, and manual as stated in description. The printer works perfectly as expected and has fairly low hours on it.
