A package was mailed using that USPS label from Long Breach, NY on June 27. After I inquired about item. The mailing label was altered to an address that was not mine, but was in the same small city just across town. That way it would show up as being delivered in eBay system. Seller suggested that I ask eBay for refund before delivery happened. I have label photos. Not only does USPS show the package was delivered but buyer was also issued full refund, so in effect received free card
