    Item suffered serious damage due to poor packaging; no packing material used. Seller did make good on the issue after some discussion. In the end, discussions remained cordial and the issue was resolved, so I really have no complaints; save for a suggestion / recommendation of perhaps using packing material....especially with a fragile item.     i will look into this shipment. shattered glass and bent metal is not my responsibility. how did metal get bent? the package must have been severely impacted. that would explain the bulb damage. i need pictures of the bent metal.
