    Formulaic, Who Cares? It’s a Great Time. Grab Your Popcorn

    Leverage is a heist every episode. It’s fun. It’s just a good time, but park your brain at the door. The actors and writers make the most of it. I mean, it’s fairly shallow, but HEY, it’s a heist EVERY episode. And the worst episode of Leverage is better than than the last Ben Affleck 75 million dollar war/heist flop on Netflix. The individual actors are fun and make the most of their roles within the context of the mastermind, grifter, hitter/ recover specialist, computer genius (who is brilliant at improv), and thief. And the writers have to come up with some sort of con/heist every week to follow the formula. Don’t over think and get your popcorn ready.

    Intelligent fun with always a "Twist!"

    Characters are believable and very engaging with complex plots which made VERY enjoyable viewing for viewers who enjoy a good story line, human errors, amazing twists as well as very likable characters. One of our all-time favorites. Actually, I can't believe this show did not have a longer run, but after seeing the garbage on TV that passes for entertainment. this was too intelligent for the masses!
