      BEST ATK COOKBOOK SO FAR

      I have most of the American Test Kitchen cookbooks, I really like this one. I'm a vegetarian, this has more recipes suitable for me than all the others put together, and they look really healthy, delicious and easy to make. Quite a few of the recipes use ingredients I have in my pantry. I love the pictures of vegetables and how to cut them, some I've never used and had been thinking of trying. So many nice recipes i shall be trying, can't wait to get started. So much useful information, I'm really glad I bought this book. The recipes with meat and seafood, look good too, I especially cannot wait to make the bundt cake using olive oil, which is much healthier than butter.

      Yes, covers many Middle Eastern countries.

      I love to cook Mediterranean food and this book has it all. Lots of new ideas, especially with salads. Good coverage of Middle Eastern food. I could probably retire most of my old cookbooks. Great helpful hints from the test-kitchen. Who knew that massaging fresh kale made it more tender? First time I had ever heard of doing that to kale. Harvested it from my garden and it was great. Can't wait to try some new recipes.

      It is a very detailed cookbook that when reading the recipes one will not have any problems understanding it. The descriptions and pictures of the various ingredients needed for a recipe were welcomed to this novice. I have already made several recipes and they came out very good. Just love this cookbook!
